Description
The Rolex Day-Date was a favorite among Rolex watches to be outfitted with custom factory dials with crests, signatures and emblems - especially among Rolex' Middle Eastern clientele. The present model 18038 was produced around 1987 and features a green dial with the emblem of the United Arab Emirates military, consisting of a golden Falcon, the UAE flag and seven stars. It was part of a 2014 Christie's Dubai auction.
